How to claim your prize... 92.3 JACK FM's local offices are located at 6 Beckwith Street in Smiths Falls however all prize pick ups can be done at our main radio offices in Ottawa . You can pick up your prize at our Ottawa Offices at 2001 Thurston Drive. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, or Saturdays from 10am - 4pm. Special arrangements can be made to collect your prize in Smiths Falls, but we will require at least 1 week to accomodate. Hours of operation in Smiths Falls, would only be weekdays from 9am to Noon.
